HP-41C Ad by Eric Carl on Flickr. The HP-41C was really as revolutionary as it looks here. It was the first calculator to have an alphanumeric display. It was also programmable, expandable and boasted continuous (Turing complete) memory.
Hewlett-Packard manufactured the calculator and permutations of it from 1979 until 1990. During this time the HP-41C served on seven freaking space shuttle missions to help calculate re-entry. That lucky little bit-eater.
